Design and support
How the work is done
Vtronix designs and manufactures HVAC electronic controls. Quality means close attention to every detail of design and manufacturing. The production line is in an electrostatically controlled, fully air conditioned facility. Standards named here are ISO, UL, CSA, and CE. Quality control starts with inspection of incoming parts and continues through 100 percent in-circuit, functional, and automatic optical inspection testing.
Stated strengths are product design to meet customer needs, short lead times, reasonable prices with consistent quality, and dedicated pre-sales and after-sales support. Factory work follows application, specification, design and test, production, and quality control. Application starts by understanding the environment. An engineering specification is developed and often iterated with engineering and factory personnel for cost and performance. Before production, products are tested in the factory and in application testing in the United States. When a project requires them, UL, CSA, or ETL listings and FCC and CE approvals are completed. Production is inventoried and distributed from the warehouse in Miami Gardens, Florida. Product liability insurance is carried for customers. Returns are analyzed locally, and regular reviews are held with the factory.
